APPRAISALS:
An appraisal is a written, legal document. Appraisals of personal property are done for many reasons. Sometimes one is needed to satisfy legal requirements for estates, probate or for the IRS regarding tax donations. In other situations collectors may just want to know what their collections are worth. Personal property is an asset, just like real estate.

ESTATE SALES:
We work with individuals, and attorneys who are representing their clients, to liquidate personal property so that real estate can be sold and personal estates finalized. People who are downsizing or relocating may also wish to conduct estate sales. Every sale is tailored to the needs of each client, with a focus on sensitivity and confidentiality. Estate sales can range from high-end art objects to everyday household items.

ON-LINE MERCHANDISING:
Visit our "Antique Boutique" and see what treasures we have listed at our on-line store. We specialize in services for our clients who wish to buy or sell unique, vintage gift and investment items such as furniture, china, glassware, pottery and jewelry. You may also visit us at www.GoAntiques.
